10m triple step
We are very pleased and excitied to have started design work on a new high perfomance sportsboat using an AYD developed triple step / double chine arrangement. Using developments from other previous and successful AYD craft along with new features, this craft is going to raise the bar for such craft! More details to follow in due course.

Renegade RIBs

Internationally...
Some really interesting concepts and designs being worked on for various countries - from Greece & Islands and China to Malta and Australia. We will also see boats delivered to Holland and Australia soon. Really pleased with the cross selection of designs being worked on and also seeing continual developement of hull forms and styling of craft. So much more news to follow and some exciting launches ahead!

Aquavite Launched
The first Aquavite 23 was launched on the 21st March - and the first trial was very successful with good speeds and handling.

New Patrol Boat Design
Design work is well underway for a new very high speed 12m patrol boat. A double stepped hull RIB to be built abroad. The build is scheduled to start very soon and a test boat to be produced straight away.

Technohull 888 - very quick!
Testing of the first race version of the new Technohull 888 is going really well. The 9m triple step design RIB - powered by a single 300XS Mercury outboard - achieving a speed of 71 knots (82 mph). Also handling in choppy weather has been very good. Everyone involved is very excited and pleased - all bodes well for the race season ahead!

New RIB design
This week will see a new performance hull RIB design being completed. A really interesting one in that it is for race and pleasure - and is not a stepped hull! Some new developments with sections, spray and chine rails. All going together to make a very quick 8m hull.
